Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Reusable.Email, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Service Description

Reusable.Email provides disposable email addresses, private inboxes, managed inboxes, custom domain email, and whitelabel email infrastructure. The service is provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Reusable.Email only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to:

• Send spam, bulk unsolicited email, or phishing messages
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other individuals
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Use the service for fraudulent activity of any kind

Account Responsibility

For private and managed inboxes, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Public Inboxes

Public inboxes are accessible to anyone who knows the address. Do not use public inboxes for sensitive or confidential communications. We are not responsible for any data exposed through public inbox use.

Paid Services

Managed inboxes, custom domains, and whitelabel services require payment. All payments are processed through Stripe. Managed inbox purchases are one-time payments and are non-refundable except where required by law. Custom domain and whitelabel subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; no refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Email Retention

We retain emails according to the policies of each inbox type. Public inbox emails are retained temporarily. Managed inbox emails are retained for 365 days. We reserve the right to delete emails that violate these terms or applicable law.

Prohibited Content

You may not use the service to store, send, or receive content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate this policy without notice.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reusable.Email and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reusable.Email and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
