Reusable.Email is a disposable and managed email service. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about what data we collect. This policy explains our practices.
Public inboxes require no account or personal information. We store incoming email messages temporarily and do not associate them with any user identity. No cookies, no tracking, no analytics are used for public inbox access.
When you create a private or managed inbox, we store the email address and a hashed version of your password. We do not store plaintext passwords. For managed inboxes, we also store email messages for the retention period (365 days).
Payments for managed inboxes, custom domains, and whitelabel services are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other payment credentials on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment processing.
Our servers generate standard access logs that may include IP addresses, request timestamps, and user agent strings. These logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days and are used exclusively for security monitoring and abuse prevention.
Public inbox emails are retained for a limited period and then permanently deleted. Managed inbox emails are retained for 365 days. Server logs are retained for 30 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.
Managed inbox users can export their email data at any time through the dashboard or via IMAP. We do not impose restrictions on data export.
All connections to Reusable.Email are encrypted using TLS. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. Email data is stored on encrypted volumes. We conduct regular security reviews and promptly address any vulnerabilities.
